Cancellation of an Order
At “AMG Square”, we are committed to offer you our best services and we strive to make sure that you have the best experience while shopping with us. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel to change / alter / cancel your order (in full or part). We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it.
In case you wish to cancel or modify your order, we request you to please call our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order. Please do not drop a mail or whatsapp for the purpose.
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end for its dispatch. Normally, orders received before 12 noon, are dispatched on the same day (except Sundays and Holidays). Your request of cancellation will be entertained only if the parcel has not been shipped from our warehouse. Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, you order could not be cancelled or altered.
“AMG Square” reserves the right to cancel any order (in full or part) in case the product faces quality issues or not available in stock. In such case you will be informed by our team about cancellation of the order.
After cancellation of an ‘pre-paid order’, the excess amount (if any) that you have paid, will be either refunded to your bank account or your AMG Wallet, as mutually agreed.
